Products & Skincare Disclaimer
Cielle Lounge sells clinical-grade skincare products curated for personal use. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All skincare products are for external use only unless otherwise specified
- Individual results may vary — we make no guarantees of specific outcomes
- We recommend performing a patch test before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin
- If you experience irritation, redness, or an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately
- Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
- Consult a licensed dermatologist or physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a known skin condition
Cielle Lounge is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from product use, misuse, or failure to follow usage instructions.
All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns for health and hygiene reasons.
Exceptions — damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or we shipped you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ciellelounge.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will make it right at our discretion, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship via USPS within the continental United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days
- Delivery timeframes depend on USPS and are not guaranteed
- You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships
- We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed USPS delivery are not our responsibility — please contact USPS directly
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Prices in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Virtual Consultations
Cielle Lounge offers virtual skincare consultations as an informational service. Our consultations are designed to provide personalized product guidance and skincare recommendations based on the information you provide.
- Consultations are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- We are not licensed medical professionals or dermatologists
- Any recommendations made are based on general skincare knowledge and are not medical advice
- Consultation scheduling and availability are at the sole discretion of Cielle Lounge
Promo Codes & Discounts
Promotional codes are subject to the following conditions:
- One promo code per order — codes cannot be combined
- Codes are valid only for the dates and products specified
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotional offers at any time
- Promo codes have no cash value and cannot be applied to past orders
